Three Main Pillars: Artwork, Somatic Movement & Coaching

My work brings together three interconnected pillars: artwork, somatic movement and coaching. Each offers a different way of exploring the body, awareness, creativity, and personal transformation.

While each pillar has its own focus, they are connected by a shared interest in embodiment—the experience of being present, connected, and responsive through the body.

From contemporary dance and artistic performance to somatic movement, bodywork and coaching, I explore ways of becoming more present, connected, and alive.

My Offerings

Three Main Pillars

My artwork is an ongoing exploration of movement, the body, presence, and human experience. Through creative research and artistic performance, I explore how the body can communicate, transform, and create connections beyond words.

My artistic practice draws from contemporary dance, Butoh, embodied movement, and other forms of physical and creative exploration. Movement becomes both an artistic language and a way of investigating perception, space, presence, and the possibilities of the body.

My approach to somatic movement is based on developing greater awareness of the body and its sensations. By slowing down and paying attention to movement, breath, and internal experience, we can discover new ways of relating to ourselves.

Somatic practice can support a deeper sense of embodiment, helping us notice patterns, needs, boundaries, and resources within our physical experience. My work combines mindful movement with a gentle approach to bodywork and trauma-informed movement.

My coaching practice brings embodied awareness into personal development and transformation. Instead of working only with thoughts and ideas, we can also listen to what the body communicates and explore how physical experience can inform choices, relationships, and change.

Through embodied coaching, I support people in developing greater clarity, self-awareness, and connection. The process can help create more space for reflection while remaining connected to the body and lived experience.
