Somatic & Trauma-Informed Movement
Healing isn’t automatic.
It starts when we find the courage to take back our lives from pain. By fully feeling and gently releasing our stories, we open the door to reconnecting with ourselves and awakening a deep compassion for who we are and those around us. And in that moment, we feel the pulse that activates our inner will to change—a powerful push on the starting button that leads us into action, grounding us in the future, aligning our whole being, and shifting us completely from feeling like victims to becoming changemakers and solution seekers..

ER is a holistic approach founded by Tiziana Longo, inspired by Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, David Berceli's Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (T.R.E.), and the nature of butoh along with dance and somatics.

Dancing Tigers
Healing comes by activating inner will and acknowledging the power of this choice to awaken the tiger which has been sleeping within us.
The awakening of the tiger is a metaphor inspired by the book and work of the psychologist Peter Levine on Trauma Healing and Somatic Experience, which refers to awakening our true powers to let go of old tensions and fears. In This Class : During these classes, using first conscious breathing, and than gentle mobilizations with dance movements, we will enter into the T.R.E. Exercise Method by Dr. D. Berceli.
The students will be guided to notice and handle their bodily stress/ tensions, to embrace and trust their bodies, and to finally release their tensions by surrender to the power and pleasure of the "dancingtiger" within, the wild “Shower-flow” of involuntary Tremors.

ER is a holistic approach founded by Tiziana Longo, inspired by Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, David Berceli's Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (T.R.E.), and the nature of butoh along with dance and somatics. The term "ER" derives from the concept of "embodied release," emphasizing the act of letting go within the body.
