Pelvic Awakening

This course blends body-based practices with the latest research on pelvic health and trauma recovery.

What is special on these course?
  • Understanding the Pelvis: Gain a deeper knowledge of the pelvic anatomy, the pelvic floor, and the region’s role in sexual health, emotional balance, and posture. Learn how the pelvis acts as a center of movement and stability for the body.

  • Pelvic Trauma & Healing: Explore how trauma (whether physical, emotional, or sexual) is stored in the pelvis, how it affects the body, and how to safely release it through body-centered techniques.

  • Breathwork & Pelvic Reconnection: Discover how to use breathing techniques to activate the pelvic floor, promote relaxation, and release held energy or tension. Learn how conscious breathwork can facilitate the healing process.

  • Movement & Alignment: Engage in gentle, mindful movement practices to release tension, mobilize the pelvis, and improve alignment. We will explore strengthening exercises for the pelvic floor and the surrounding areas, leading to increased flexibility, mobility, and power.

  • Sexual Vitality & Sensuality: Understand the deep connection between the pelvis and sexual energy. Learn practices designed to enhance libido, sexual health, and sensual awareness, supporting your sexual empowerment and pleasure.

  • Mind-Body Integration: The course also emphasizes the integration of mindfulness, self-awareness, and body-mind techniques to help you develop a profound connection to your pelvis. This will lead to a fuller, more vibrant self-expression, emotional release, and creative empowerment.

Tiziana Longo helped me reconnect my pelvic floor with my whole body in a safe environment. This pelvic floor course is allowing joy, healing, dance, observation, knowledge exchange and support in a small group setting. Thank you, Tiziana for opening and holding that space, for your enthusiasm, heartiness and knowledge.
